meliss sent me this recipe a couple months ago, knowing that j. loves lasagna and that i hate the long process of cooking the noodles...i made it once but the crockpot automatically goes on the "warm" setting when it's done cooking, so it was "warming" all day while i was at work. it ended up kinda gross because the cheese was burnt.
i'm giving it another try today while i'm home and can monitor its progress. we'll see how it turns out. i'm optimistic~
(note: it turned out MUCH better this time! it's getting added to the meals rotation at the alberts house)
