two of my previous students told me today that they're going to have a baby!! i must have the only job in the world where it's exciting when students get pregnant!
two of my students from night class last semester are now going to be in our day time family literacy class. that's wicked good news bc i can see them every day & their english is really going to improve!
i just drove home after night class orientation feeling absolutely alive. i adore teaching. i feel SO incredibly blessed to 1. know at age 24 what i'm passionate about and 2. get paid to do something that gives me such joy!
p.s. i got a bike yesterday but i haven't ridden it yet and i haven't taken any pictures. i barely had time to breathe today so it'll have to wait till tomorrow. scratch that. it'll have to wait till the weekend.

I love the adrenaline rush when teaching and the students really connect with you. I'm usually drained afterward, but it is an awesome feeling! keep it up!
