one friend recently told me she NEVER thinks about matchmaking. when i was talking about someone else's attempts, she said "oh, wow. it never enters my mind to think about who would be good for someone else".
wait, what?~
in college, it's a whole different ball game. people meet each other all the time. in class, in the cafeteria, on the intramural field, in the health office. but once college is over and we're all in the real world, how do people connect? unless you're scoping out the clubs downtown to find a few hotties.it makes perfect sense that people who know me well would also know what kind of guys are good for me. and people who know me well would be looking out for my best interest. and wanting to be a part of this area of my life, along with all the other areas. and they would know my values, personality, strengths, and weaknesses. and know that i'm not attracted to guys who look similar to me. haha, just kidding. sort of. okay, i'm really not kidding.
alright, so what's my point? if you have friends, particularly friends who are looking for someone great, keep your eyes and ears open.
and if you have an awesome guy friend you're dying to set up, send him my way. but don't show him this ridiculous blog bc i don't want anyone running for the hills. <3
