a few weeks ago my co-workers and i had a little disagreement about how to interpret our boss' suggestions for a big project we were doing. three of us ended up doing the poster project the way we interpreted and one of us refused to comply. the three of us worked our butts off to make the poster look great.
today was the big day where we were all [secretly] nervous about how our boss would respond when we presented the poster.
she loved it~! she ranted and raved about how awesome it looked, how we surpassed all her expectations, how excited the PA big-wigs are gonna be on friday. and she brought in the executive director to look at it, too. wow. HOORAY~
i know i shouldn't feel vindicated. it's not right. and it doesn't help anything. it's tempting, but i'm trying to resist. so, as i fight that urge, i'll try to be content with a job well done. :)
