i'm SO not a runner

i'm on a roll. i blogged three times yesterday and once already today. [side note: i woke up at 7 this morning. then at 8. i got up after that. oy vey.]

last night the following conversation occurred:
J: that's the weekend we have the penn relays.
K: oh yeah, i forgot!
J: hey, usain bolt's running in it@
K: cool!
J: you have no idea who that is, do you?
K: haha, no. i was just trying to be enthusiastic.

apparently he's a wicked famous and fast jamaican runner. good thing my bf knows about all these things [& informs me patiently!] so i don't embarrass myself in front of other people.
