if that's true, my friends and i are never getting diabetes!
we just spent an awesome, phenomenal, sweet, basically perfect weekend camping.
meliss found a [wicked cheap!] state park in NJ called cheesequake. unfortunate name, i know. it was about 40 minutes from a really pretty beach called sandy hook. we spent most of saturday lounging around and playing in the water! the state park has a funny little lake, which provided some shade for our sunburn victims.
great fun was had by all~
